Hateful graffiti found scrawled in Brooklyn

NEW YORK (AP) - The NYPD says hateful graffiti was found scrawled on a storefront in Brooklyn.

The words "USA Arab UR Dead" and "Where's the Love" was discovered Sunday at 3:30 a.m. on the Famous Bagels store at 6817 Third Ave. The graffiti was spray-painted in black.

The store is on the ground level of a small apartment building.

Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime.

They ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
