Despite winning an appeal to regain the right to die, Sungeun Grace Lee, 28, who is terminally ill will reportedly will leave it up to her parents to decide whether life support should be removed.
Lee's parents have said they will leave their daughter's fate up to God.
The former bank manager for Manhattan was diagnosed with a tumor on her brainstem last year after suffering seizures.
Lee's attorney, David Smith, spoke with Good Day New York on Tuesday.
