Job of the day: staff accountant

Signature Property Group in Bergen County seeking experienced accountants with accounting degree, at minimum; 2 - 3 years experience in the property management industry required.

Candidates will be interfacing with customer base, interacting with board members and homeowners. Responsibilities include but not limited to preparation of budgets and financial statements, general ledger, attend board meetings as required, assist with transition of properties, year-end audits and negotiating bank loans. Must be efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Knowledge of Jenark a plus! Competitive salary and full benefit package including 401(k).
