Police have identified the woman found stabbed to death inside a neighbor's apartment in Queens.

Cops were responding to a 911 call about a missing person on Tuesday afternoon when they found Karla Shah-Boguwalski, 39, stabbed many times in the neck on the Rockaway Peninsula, the NYPD said.

Medics pronounced her dead at the scene and police began an investigation.

Shah-Boguwalski's body may have been moved to the neighbor's apartment after her death, according to various media reports.

Police have not made any arrests yet.

The Department of Education said in a statement that Shah-Boguwalski was an ESL instructor for the Beacon program at P.S. 43.
