Security cameras vandalized on Long Island

Posted: Updated:

Police on Long Island are seeking the public's help in identifying two suspects wanted for vandalizing and stealing security cameras at the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Suffolk.

Police say 1 of the suspects covered 1 of the outside surveillance cameras. Later employees found that two cameras were broken off the wall and stolen, and the bracket on a third camera was broken.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-220-TIPS.

Police say that calls will be kept confidential.
