Suffolk County police say seven people were injured, including five children when a church van collided with a sport utility vehicle Saturday night on Long Island.

The crash took place at Park Avenue and East Fifth Street in Huntington around 10:35 p.m., but authorities say they have no further information on the crash.

One of the victims was taken to Huntington Hospital and listed in critical condition. All of the other accident victims where taken to Huntington Hospital.

It's not clear which vehicle the victims had been riding in at the time of the accident and the name of the church was not immediately known.

More than 50 rescue workers from four different emergency services agencies responded to the scene of the crash.
