MTA disputes disabled woman's claim she was stranded

A disabled woman says she was left stranded at a mall on Staten Island because the MTA's Access-a-Ride was supposed to pick her up but never showed.

Diane Wurzler said she had to find her own way home and that this was wasn't the first time this has happened.

But the MTA disputed that story, saying the driver was at the pickup location a few minutes early, waited, and then spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to find Wurzler before continuing on his route.
