Dozens of museums open doors for free Saturday

Participating museums across the country will be open for free on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, as part of the Museum Day Live! event.

The program sponsored by the Smithsonian museums hopes to make arts and culture more accessible to people everywhere.

Museums in the tristate region will be taking part.
