NYPD investigating report of intruder in child's bed

The NYPD is investigating a report that a home invader climbed into bed with a three-year-old girl.

A man in Queens reported a break-in early Thursday, according to various media outlets.

He told police that when he went to check on his daughter, he found a man he described as drunk.

The father said he chased the intruder, who got away.

The child was checked over at Jamaica Hospital.
