A Long Island man is accused of secretly photographing models in a dressing room during a Hamptons swimsuit fashion show.

Robert Liguori, 51, pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful surveillance in connection with the July 12 incident in Southampton Village.

The Mastic Beach man is being held at the Suffolk County jail in lieu of $32,000 cash bail.

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota says Liguori will be arraigned Thursday on a grand jury indictment. He allegedly placed a camera on a shelf pointed at the dressing area at 230 Elm Street.

An intern for the swimsuit fashion designer allegedly found Ligouri's camera on the shelf, according to police.

Liguori also is charged in connection with a Sept. 7 incident.   He's accused of exposing himself to a female clerk at a Center Moriches clothing store.

Police say that Liguori lifted up a dress he was wearing to expose his genitals to her, and then returned to the store twice the next day.   Ligouri faces stalking charges in that incident.

Spota says Liguori is a registered sex offender.  He was convicted in 2000 on charges of trafficking in child pornography, transmitting child porn and transporting it interstate.
