1 Bag Makes two 12"-14" Pizzas with 8oz Pizza Beer & 4 tbs olive oil (the beer is 16oz) We suggest one pizza for the main course and one for dessert:

Tomato- Basil Pie:

2 tomatoes sliced
Handful of fresh basil
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
8oz Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer

In a zip type bag place sliced tomatoes and cover with Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer, Marinade in refrigerator 20 minutes or overnight.

Mix the Pizza dough as directed & top the dough :

Cheese 1st
Tomatoes 2nd
More Cheese 3rd

Bake as directed. When pizza is done tear up the basil and drop on hot cheese, dollop your pizza sauce on top, cut and eat

Apple Pie Pizza

1 large apple finely chopped
½ cup brown sugar
2-4 tsp cinnamon
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
8oz Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer

Place apples in a zip type bag & pour Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer all over the top, let marinade 20 minutes or overnight.

In an air tight plastic container mix the sugar and cinnamon

Mix dough as instructed, top the dough with:

1st Cheese
2nd Apples
3rd Cheese

Bake as directed. When pizza is almost done, sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon all over the top & return to oven for carmelization.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
