Gun possession arrest in the Bronx

Police arrested a 23-year-old man in the Bronx Wednesday night for criminal possession of firearms. 

Officers stopped three men for being inside the Sotomayor Houses without permission (signs are posted) on Soundview Avenue in the Soundview section around 7:20 p.m. 

Police recovered two firearms, a Taurus .38 caliber revolver and a Beretta .25 caliber semi-automatic firearm) from Jonathan Cruz-Abramson. 

Cruz-Abramson was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession Weapon (loaded firearm), Criminal Trespass with Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
