A plan carrying Ann Romney, the wife of presidential candidate Mitt Romney, made an emergency landing in Colorado after smoke filled the cabin, according to the campaign's press secretary.

"@AnnDRomney plane makes emergency landing in CO. All okay. Thank goodness," tweeted Andrea Saul, the press secretary.  Apparently an electrical fire caused the smoke.

Saul tweeted that Mitt Romney spoke to his wife after the plane landed.
