Chester County Man Arrested for Child Sex Abuse

In Chester County, West Goshen Township Police arrested Jonathan Day of West Chester for allegedly sexually assaulting a child about 6 years ago.

Police say on numerous occasions, Day sexually assaulted a child who was being cared for by his mother. The alleged abuse happened at Day's home, the victim's home and in a car owned by his mother while attending his sister's sporting events.

The victim is just now coming forward.

Day was released on 10% of $25,000 bail. He waived his preliminary hearing.

  • Attempted Indecent assault of a child less than 13
  • Aggravated assault of a child less than 13
  • Attempted aggravated assault of a child
