SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -
College students and parents beware. There's a sophisticated scam out there targeting people who have applied for student aid.
Some students were contacted by people who claimed they worked for the government and were offering grant money, but it's all a ruse. Problem Solver Rob Wolchek called the scammers and told them he was on to their game.
