The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Montauk Point, NY to Sandy Hook, NJ out 20 miles offshore including Long Island Sound, Long Island Bays and New York Harbor.
The tornado watch is in effect until 9:00 p.m. Saturday night. There is also a small craft advisory in effect through Sunday afternoon.
