For the third consecutive year, Elle and Maybelline have teamed up to showcase 19 hot, unknown designers from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
They call this show "Fashion Next" -- a chance for emerging talent to show at Lincoln Center during Fashion Week and be judged by industry veterans and celebrities alike.

A car crashed into a building on 2nd Avenue and East 4th Street in the East Village on Wednesday morning. At least eight people were injured, three in serious condition, according to FDNY officials.
