A $12,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who shot and killed a gas station worker in the East Tremont section of The Bronx.

Lamin Sillah, 28, an immigrant from Gambia, was shot multiple times and killed late Tuesday.

Sillah had reportedly been working five days a week at the gas station and going to school to become an accountant when he was gunned down, reported the N.Y. Post.

The shooting took place at RC Petroleum at East 182nd Street and Southern Boulevard at about 9:40 p.m., said police.

Sillah was reportedly counting receipts when he was shot.

Two men on bicycles allegedly held up the gas station by pointing guns at the victim and another worker. One of the men acted as a look-out while the gunman opened fire striking Sillah in the abdomen multiple times, reported the N.Y. Post.

He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Cops believe as many as four people were involved.

One of the suspects is described by police as black, male, 20-25 years old with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a blue N.Y. Giants sweatshirt. A sketch of the suspect was released by the NYPD on Thursday.
