SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (MyFox Detroit) -- 13-year-old sisters Ariel and Zoey along with their eleven-year-old brother Eli have a new music video with a message.  The song is called "Hey Bully".

"Bullying is the number one issue facing young people today," said Ariel Engelbert.  "Three out of every four kids say they've been bullied, and it's just important for them to know that if they've been bullied, they really have to tell their teacher because it's just not cool and they don't deserve to be bullied."

Through the video, these local TV stars have formed a new partnership with a music veteran that could take their career into overdrive.

"We recently started working with Jim Peterik, who wrote 'Eye of the Tiger' and 50 other top ten hits, and he wrote 'Hey Bully' for us, which is really exciting," said Zoey Engelbert.

These kids have been performing for about five years now, but they are best known for their TV show, "Ariel and Zoey and Eli, Too", which is in its third season.

"We wrapped up season three.  We got Cody Simpson on the show.  We got Booboo Stewart, who plays Seth Clearwater in the Twilight Saga, and we got his sisters on the show, too.  We recently actually got Kevin Costner on the show.  He was pretty cool," Zoey Engelbert said.

Doing this anti-bullying video is close to Eli's heart.  He has a friend that's been bullied.

"He's pretty short, and like a lot of people at school, they've been picking on him, starting to get in fist fights with him."

His dad and a teacher stepped in to help his friend, and even though this anti-bullying theme takes on a tough subject, these kids are still having fun.

"Early on Judge Damon Keith, who is a mentor of mine, said remember that they're kids and you don't get a second chance at a childhood, so every week we discuss are you having fun with this?" said Matt Engelbert. "They are, and they're thriving with it.  They're meeting great people."
