He's been a felon, a fugitive and a frequent resident of the Hall of Shame, but now Richard Gosselin has a new gig.  He's a landlord.

Rob Wolchek did his first story on this guy and his wife more than three years ago.  They were running a ponzi scheme and got caught.

So, how does a guy who was ordered to pay $1.8 million in restitution come out of jail still owning several houses?  Now he wants rent from the people who were living in those houses while he was on the run from the law and locked up!

Watch the video report as Rob puts Richard Gosselin in the Hall of Same -- again.
