The victim is Brian Jones of Saginaw. He's engaged to be married. The killer was just 17-years-old, and it appears his 16-year-old girlfriend may have tried to help him get away with it.

Oakland County Sheriff's deputies say it all started with a fight and ended with gunshots. Deputies responded to the 911 call around 2am Sunday. As they headed to the house, they noticed a car speeding away from the scene. They stopped the vehicle and Brian's fiance identified the 17 year old inside. Deputies say his 16 year old girlfriend tried to hide the gun by sitting on it. It's still not clear what let up to the murder.

We're told the gun was stolen from the teenage girl's parents. They also three long guns that were also stolen from her parents home in Saginaw.
