DETROIT (WJBK) -
The Guardian Building is a huge skyscraper in downtown Detroit. It's even a national historic landmark, one that's costing Wayne County millions and millions of dollars.
The county bought the Guardian Building back in 2008, but was it for the right price at the right time?

Many people are concerned about Belle Isle's future. The EFM is promising not to make any hasty decisions and to review the numbers first, but that could be a problem. There is no Belle Isle budget.
