NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say a New Jersey man advertised and distributed child pornography when he was a partner at an international law firm's New York office.
Edward De Sear of Saddle River is scheduled to appear in court Thursday to hear the charges outlined in an eight-count indictment.
The 65-year-old is charged with advertising, distributing and possessing child pornography.
Prosecutors say De Sear used an Internet-based peer-to-peer file sharing program to distribute and download images and videos of adults sexually exploiting infants and toddlers.
