Fatal shooting at Queens restaurant

Police say a 56-year-old restaurant manager was shot and killed outside of his business in Queens Friday night.

Officers arrived to the Cozy Corner Jamaican Restaurant on 144-12 243 Street in the Rosedale section around 10:28 p.m. where they found Nevill Brown of Jamaica, Queens with gunshot wounds to the head.

According police, Brown 56, was speaking with a female as both were sitting inside a parked car when a gunman dressed all in black, walked up to the pair, shot him several times in the back of the head and fled the scene.

EMS were called to the scene and pronounced Brown dead upon arrival.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and the suspect is still at large.
