A historic New York City apartment building is up for sale for the first time in 67 years.
The Chatsworth, on Manhattan's Upper West Side, is a distinctive Beaux Arts building on 72nd Street near Riverside Park. It has 139 apartment units, half of which are rent stabilized. 1 of its famous residents was Irving Berlin.
The Wall Street Journal reports it could sell for more than $150 million.
Its tenants once sued Donald Trump when one of his towers threatened to block their views.
The building went up during a luxury apartment boom in the city that started in the late 1890s. It has been owned by the same family for decades.
