A Queens woman is facing murder charges in connection with her two-year-old boy's death.
Afriyie Gaspard, 29, of Jewel Ave. was arrested on Monday.
Police say that they responded to a 911 call just after 5 p.m. on Friday.
They found an unconscious and unresponsive toddler at 155-14 Jewel Ave. The boy, identified as Izayah Hall, was rushed to New York Hospital Queens but it was too late.
The Medical Examiner determined that the case was a homicide and the mother was arrested.
