An NYPD cop from Brooklyn was twice in a domestic dispute in New Jersey Friday night.

The cop, who works at the 63rd Precinct in Flatlands, was shot on Taylors Mills Road in Manalapan in Monmouth County around 11:30 p.m.

The violence stemmed from a dispute over an apparent love triangle, sources told the New York Post. The officer is expected to survive his injuries.

The gunman, 35-year-old Robert C. Dunbar of Staten Island, has been charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault and Possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Police say Dunbar is still at large. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office at 1-800-533-7443.
