Tramway Plaza on the East Side has a big rat problem. The plaza is between 59th and 60th streets near the Roosevelt Island Tram. Many people who hang out in the area say they are fed up with the growing rodent population in recent months, DNAinfo.com reports.
They say the rats run around morning noon and night. While help is on the way, one thing that keeps the rats coming back is the feeding of pigeons.
