Hollywood legend Marilyn Monroe died 50 years ago this Sunday. The blonde bombsell's life as remembered by Larry Schiller, a photographer who went on to become her friend, is documented in his book Marilyn & Me.
Monroe lives on with a website, a Facebook page with millions of likes, and a Twitter account with more than 53,000 followers. Clearly, the world still loves this woman who died way too young.
