Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says she will not press charges against Imari Jackson for shooting and killing the man that tried to rob him and his girlfriend at an ATM.

Imari Jackson and his pregnant girlfriend Lachelle Byars were robbed by Hassan Warlick on April 25th. Jackson took Warlick's gun and shot him in the back, killing him.
Warlick's mother spoke with Fox 2, saying that while she is disappointed that her son tried to rob Jackson, he never should have shot an killed her son.
