The Fulton Center will be a transit hub for 11 New York City subway lines from the A train to the 6 and link PATH trains and the World Trade Center and World Financial Center. It's scheduled to be completed by June of 2014.
In addition to being a transit hub, it will also house stores for an estimated 300,000 commuters, and potential shoppers, walking by daily.
The MTA is looking for a company to manage the 65,000 square feet of retail commercial space.
