Traffic agent punched and bitten

Police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a traffic agent in Brooklyn.

Police say the 27-year-old victim was attacked by another man on Brighton Beach Ave. and Coney Island Ave. around 8 p.m. on July 13th.

The suspect punched and bit the victim causing minor injuries before running away.

Police released a photo of the suspect.  They describe him as a white male in his mid-twenties, approximately 5'10"-6'0".

The suspect was wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and dark-colored sneakers.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).  Police say calls are confidential.
