Sun burn: Take ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation of sunburn. Make a soothing paste with cornstarch and water. Mix and apply this to burned area.

Swimmer's ear: This appens when excess moisture and too little wax throw off an ear's pH balance. Use dropper of body temperature white vinegar in your ear twice a day for 2 days.

Muscle cramps: Drink water to combat dehydration. Also, add cinnamon, flaxseed, and milk to your breakfast. Cinnamon opens blood vessels, flaxseed moves food through intestines, and milk replenishes electrolytes.

Blisters: The prevent blisters, apply petroleum jelly to limit friction. To treat blisters, use calendula (a medicinal flower) ointment on area and cover it with a clean and dry bandage.

Bee stings: Move out of area; when a bee stings you, it can attracts other bees to the area. Use tweezers to remove the venom-filled stinger and then ice the area.
