Disoriented woman found on Bronx Street

The NYPD are seeking the public's help in identifying a disoriented elderly woman found in the Bronx Thursday night. 

Authorities say they responded to a call about the woman who was found at Mapes Avenue and East 180th Street in the East Tremont section. 

The unidentified woman was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where she is listed in stable condition. 

The woman, who is in her 80's, was found wearing a blue floral print summer dress and pink slippers.
