The unidentified 36-year-old victim was taken by EMS to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His 49-year-old brother was listed in stable condition with a head injury.

Sorto has been charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an incident and is due to be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead.
