Tai sits down with two inspiring athletes who weren't sure they'd ever walk again! But both were able to compete in and finish the Aquaphor NYC Triathlon! The triathletes share their incredible stories, as well as the inspiration behind Team In Training. Then, from FaceBook to flip phones, teens from the Montclair YMCA are helping some older members keep up with the times in a new high-tech program in New Jersey.
