Police say a drunk driver's car went airborne and landed in a Long Island 7-Eleven, leaving her daughter and pregnant girlfriend seriously injured.
It happened In Brentwood on Thursday night.
Suffolk County Police say that Jose Escobar, 29, of 472 Cross St, Westbury, was driving west on Express Drive North at 8 p.m. and tried to exit onto Motor Parkway.
Police say he crossed the median and the car went airborne into the 7-Eleven on 260 Motor Parkway.
10-month-old Helen Escobar and Maria Guillen, 27, were seriously injured.
The little girl was transported to Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park.
Guillen was airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center.
Escobar was transported to Stony Brook for non-life-threatening injuries. He was arrested and charged with DWI.
