Father of Oakland County Child Killer victim speaks out

Posted: Updated:
OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (WJBK) -

Timothy King was just 11 years old the day he vanished from a Birmingham drug store. His body discovered six days later - dumped along a Livonia road. Timmy is one of four children believed to have been kidnapped and murdered by the Oakland County Child Killer.

On Tuesday, Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper announced a potential break in the case. For the first time ever, DNA evidence has linked two of the victims. One of them - Barry King's son Timmy. Investigators tested two hairs found on Timmy's body. Another was found on Mark Stebbins. Those hairs had the same mitochondrial DNA profile. They also matched hair discovered in a car that belonged to Archibald Sloane. He is a convicted child predator who's now serving a life sentence in prison. But back then, he was living in Southfield and was a person of interest. But that hairs do not match Sloane's. So who's is it?
