A neighborhood group on the Upper West Side is fed up with the chaos created by tour buses that park on West 72nd Street and Central Park West.

Members of the West 72nd Street Alliance say the buses clog the streets when they double park, DNAinfo.com reports.

The area is a popular spot for tourists.  At the intersection is the Dakota the apartment building John Lennon lived in. He was murdered just outside. Across the street in Central park is his memorial, Strawberry Fields.

The city says is has been working on the problem by relocating the buses and issuing summonses, but there have been calls for the city to do more.

DNAinfo's Carla Zanoni discusses the story.
