Jennifer Lopez is the second judge in two days to say she's leaving "American Idol."

On Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Friday she said, "I honestly feel the time has come to get back to do what I do. I have put it on hold because I love Idol so much. You have a lot of other responsibilities and other things you want to do."

Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler announced he was leaving the show on Thursday.

That means the show's judging panel is down to one, Randy Jackson, who has been on the show since season one.

Showbiz411.com reports that Mariah Carey is likely to join the show.  Randy Jackson manages  Carey.

Fox's "American Idol" has been TV's most popular program for nearly a decade.
