The former head of the Georgia National Guard was accused of unethical conduct by a one star general, under his command, just weeks before he retired.

FOX 5's I-Team has obtained a copy of the complaint which accuses then Adjutant General Terry Nesbitt and Major General Maria Britt of an improper relationship.
