The latest worst landlords watch list is out and a property management company in the Bronx is ranked no. 1.
The public advocate's office which releases the list says College Management owns three buildings on the list including 1259, 1265 and 1269 College Avenue.
The buildings had a combined 724 housing code violations ranging from a lack of heat or hot water, toxic mold, broken plumbing to roaches and rats.
"It takes years of neglect for a building to deteriorate to the point where it ends up on our Watch List. But with enough public pressure and strong tenant organizing, we can turn these buildings around and make life better for thousands of New Yorkers," said Public Advocate Bill de Blasio.
