Illegal fireworks rattle Upper Manhattan

Residents of Inwood and Washington Heights in Manhattan say that they have been under siege by dangerous and illegal fireworks for many weeks, DNAinfo.com reported.

The NYPD has made more than a dozen arrests and issued about 200 summonses on July 4.
