Summer is a beautiful time to visit the Duluth area, but many of the businesses say they're losing big after last month's floods. Despite the mess, most of the tourism hotspots are still open and ready for you to take a break from the metro and spend some money in the north land. FOX 9's Paul Blume reports from the North Shore
