The race for New York's 13th Congressional District is head to court on Monday.

Attorneys for Congressman Charles Rangel and State Senator Adriano Espaillat will argue over the vote count.

The New York City Board of Elections released numbers that showed Rangel with a commanding lead last week, but the ballots were re-examined which showed Rangel's lead began to dwindle.

Espaillat's camp believes there are still uncounted votes and thinks those ballots will be enough to win the election.
