NYC support for Pres. Obama’s health care overhaul

Lawmakers, health care providers and patients showed huge support Saturday afternoon for President Obama's health care overhaul.

They all touted the benefits of the Affordable Care Act as it will provide coverage for tens of thousands of Young adults who live in Manhattan.

The health care bill overhaul will allow access to cheaper medication for seniors and Medicare preventive services without any co-pay or deductibles.

Health care providers say the overhaul will have a positive effect on the county for a long time.

The U.S. Supreme Court Congress voted earlier this week that the landmark Affordable Care Act was constitutional. The health care bill was passed by Congress in 2010.
