A worker was seriously hurt at the construction site of Four World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, authorities said.

The 37-year-old man fell about four to five feet and was impaled on some rebar, the FDNY said.

He suffered a puncture wound on the left side of his torso by the two inch thick rebar.

Medics brought the worker to Bellevue Medical Center where he was listed in serious condition.
