Anna Gristina, the so-called millionaire madam or soccer mom madam, was released under the revised terms of her bail, her attorney has told Fox 5 News.

She walked out of a courthouse in Manhattan at about 9 p.m. Tuesday accompanied by her lawyer, her husband, and her son.

"Thank you, everybody -- I just want to be with my family tonight, please," she said as her group pushed through a mass of media.

Gristina, 44, is accused of running an escort service out of an apartment on the Upper East Side. She has languished at Rikers Island since her arrest in February.

At the time a judge set her bail at $2 million.

The latest terms were for $250,000 bond or $125,000 cash, with an ankle bracelet.

Gristina has said she was not running an escort service but rather an exclusive dating service for married men.

She has pleaded not guilty to promoting prostitution.

Gristina's attorney, Norm Pattis, spoke with GDNY on Wednesday about the case.

"They (prosecutors) think she has connections to people in high places, but  haven't seen evidence of that," said Pattis when asked why she spent four months in jail.

"I can't fathom the basis for their prosecution," added Pattis.
