A wrong-way driver is being blamed for a collision on the Belt Parkway Tuesday involving a van and two cars.

Emergency crews were on the scene at about 6:20 a.m. where at least 11 people were injured, five of them seriously, said EMS officials.

Henry Brimsley, 30, was reportedly traveling west on the eastbound Belt Parkway without a valid driver's license, reported the NY Post.

The eastbound Belt Parkway was closed at Bay Parkway in Bath Beach for about one hour causing extensive delays at the height of the morning rush.

Brimely was arrested following the crash and charged with reckless endangerment and aggravated and unlicensed operation of vehicle, added the Post.
