Owners of Avenue A storefronts say 'no restaurants'

Some building owners in the East Village seem to have adopted an informal policy of restaurants not welcome, according to DNAinfo.com.
A strip of vacant storefronts along Avenue A is excluding restaurants. Some of the owners say their decision has to do with all the headaches that come with having a restaurant as a tenant.
